About the ACAC
ACAC is a non-profit organization that provides a voice to the Albanian community in Calgary. ACAC operates without religious, political or regional divisions to maintain the national Albanian spirit in Canada. It does this through the cultivation of values, culture, national traditions and Albanian language as well as the provision of diverse services for different age groups in the Albanian community.
ACAC strives with dedication for the honored involvement of the Albanian community in Canadian society, the enhancement of the values and the name of the Albanians in Canada, their full representation in different state and social structures as equal among all the other nationalities in the composition of Canadian multi-cultural society.
Chair of the Board
Leads the Board by bringing together and helping execute the overall vision for the development of the Association
Vice-Chair/ Secretary
Assists in the implementation of the overall vision of development and growth of the Association
Treasury Officer
Caretaker of all funding to and established funds of the Association, as well as overseer of all things financial
Board Members
Community Representatives that initiate, develop and implement community-building projects, and active participants in all decision-making in the Association
Leadership and Development

Perqendruar ne organizimin e eventeve kulturore me qellim celebrimin e vlerave dhe tradites mbar-Shqiptare.
Language and Cultural Programs
Ben promovimin e edukimit Shqip, jep mbeshtetjen per zhvillimin e metejshem te Folese se Shqiponjave ne mesimdhenie, curriculum, sporte, art e valle;
Angazhohet ne komunikim dhe rritjen e mardhenies me SAHLA (Southern Alberta Heritage Language Association).
Treasury and Checks + Balances
Angazhohet ne ruajtjen e fondit baze te shoqates e krijimin e nje mbeshtetje te vazhdueshme financiare qe shkon ne sherbim te projekteve madhore;
Inkurajon transparencen dhe zhvillimin profesional te bordit (in the non-for-profit space). Perkrah arritjet e antarve, frymen dobiprurese dhe rekomandimet konstruktive.
Comms, Media and Community Relations
Ndihmon ne mbajtjen ne kembe te shoqates — perfaqsise/ kontribuesve aktive te komunitetit, po ashtu perforcimin e vazhdimin e misionit te ndermarre;
Promovimin transparent e celebrimin e mbeshtetesve, arritjeve tyre, e frymes dobiprurese.
Business Relationships and Sponsorships
Angazhohet ne krijimin e lidhjeve te qendrueshme me sipermarres, profesioniste te suksesshem e dashamires te komunitetit; bashkepunim simbjotik ne sherbim te avancimit te qellimeve e projekteve madhore ne komunitet.
Promovon vlerat, frymen bashkepunuese e arritjet e faktorit te sukseshem ne komunitet.
Youth, Sports and Recreation
Angazhohet ne prurjen bashke te komunitetit nepermjet organizimit e promovimit te aktiviteteve te ndryshme kulturore e sportive per mosha te reja.
